Last weekend the Friends of Al Aqsa organisation (FOA) hosted the Palestine Expo, an event billed as a “fun, family day out providing visitors with a unique immersive experience. Palestine Expo is a chance to bring people together to celebrate Palestine.”
Sadly but unsurprisingly, it was the polar opposite – an event serving and promoting the demonisation and delegitimisation of Israel and its Jewish population.
Brave grassroots activists handed out 1000 booklets published by the Zionist Federation, which expose the background of the FOA, several of the speakers and gave context to its hate-inspiring so-called “interactive installations” which targeted the younger Expo visitors.
